I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that attending Studio VMX and participating in activities and utilizing the studio's equipment will include physical activity and that there are certain risks associated with those activities and equipment, including risk of serious injury. You expressly, knowingly and voluntarily assume all foreseeable and unforeseeable risk, and, to the extent permitted by law, waive any and all actual or potential claims against Studio VMX (its owners, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) arising from or related to your participation at Studio VMX, including the associated physical activity and equipment.
